The article explores in depth the construction technology of underground tunnels crossing the existing lines in subway stations,in order to ensure construction safety and reduce the impact on the operation of existing lines.The accuracy and stability of tunnel construction can be effectively controlled by the precise control of the posture of the shield machine,simultaneous grouting and secondary grouting pressure control,and the strict moni-toring of later settlement.In the design of the supporting structure,a composite lining support method is adopted to strengthen the foundation bearing capacity of the tunnel.Through the comprehensive use of optimized construc-tion technology and management strategy,the underground tunnel of the subway station can successfully cross the existing line,and the impact on the operation of the existing line is minimized.During the construction process,the parameters are strictly controlled,the tunnel deformation is controlled within 3.2 mm,to ensure the construction quality and the safety of the existing line,and provide valuable experience for similar projects.
