摘要

辐照材料改性作为一种高效、节能、无污染、易控制的绿色高新技术,被广泛应用于电力电子、新能源、环境保护、医疗健康、农业、石油化工等行业.电子加速器在辐照材料改性领域中应用种类较多,如在高分子材料辐照交联、辐照裂解与生物质辐照降解、辐照接枝、辐照聚合等方面.陕西省在辐照材料改性领域发展基础较薄弱,应加强对辐照降解聚四氟乙烯制备、辐照交联光伏封装胶膜、辐照电子元器件等领域的投入与发展,后续应加快产业布局,推动辐照材料改性产业在以上方向形成稳定业务和创造显著的经济效益.

Abstract

As an efficient,energy-saving,pollution-free,and easily controllable green high-tech technology,radia-tion material modification is widely used in industries such as power electronics,new energy,environmental protec-tion,medical health,agriculture,and petrochemicals.There are many types of applications of electron accelerators in the field of radiation material modification,such as polymer material radiation crosslinking,radiation cracking and biomass radiation degradation,radiation grafting,radiation polymerization,etc.However,Shaanxi Province has a relatively weak development foundation in the field of radiation material modification,which should strengthen in-vestment and development in the preparation of radiation degraded polytetrafluoroethylene,radiation cross-linked photovoltaic packaging film,radiation electronic components,and other fields.We should accelerate the industrial layout in the future and promote the stable business and significant economic benefits of radiation material modifica-tion business in the above directions.
