Research on NSFC Funded Paper Output in Shandong Province from the Perspective of InCites

摘要
对基金论文的研究可以了解地区的科研水平和竞争力,同时把握基金资助的效果.以InCites数据库提取到的2018-2022年国家自然科学基金(National Natural Science Foundation of China,NSFC)资助的山东省论文为研究对象,从基金论文的产出数量、产出机构、影响力、期刊分布、国际合作、横向对比等多个维度进行分析,一定程度上揭示了山东省NSFC资助论文产出的整体情况.建议发挥高校基础研究主力军作用,注重人才培养,推动科技合作,加强地区基础研究竞争力,争取更多基金资助,提升资助效能.
Abstract
Research on funded papers can help us understand the scientific research level and competitiveness of a region,while also grasping the effectiveness of fund sponsorship.The research takes the papers funded by the Na-tional Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)in Shandong Province from 2018 to 2022 extracted from the InCites database as the research object.It analyzes from multiple dimensions such as the output quantity,producing institutions,impact,journal distribution,international cooperation,and horizontal comparison,to some extent re-vealing the overall situation of the output of papers funded by NSFC in Shandong Province.It is suggested to lever-age the role of universities as the main force in basic research,focus on talent cultivation,promote scientific and technological cooperation,strengthen the regional basic research competitiveness,strive for more fund support,and enhance funding efficiency.
