Based on the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress report,this paper explores the the importance and practical path of cultivating research-oriented audit talents in universities.It analyzes the shortcom-ings of interdisciplinary integration and knowledge system updating in the current audit discipline of universities,and emphasizes the necessity of cultivating innovative talents and continuous knowledge updating in conjunction with the relevant content of the 20th CPC National Congress Report.By summarizing practical achievements and lessons learned,suggestions have been put forward to strengthen the construction of a research-oriented audit talent training system,faculty development,practical teaching,and technological innovation.Looking ahead to the future,universities will continue to promote the training of research-oriented audit talents under the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress,providing strong talent support for Chinay's modernization construction.
