基于无人机影像聚类分析的海绵城市下垫面模块化方法研究

下垫面模块化生成方法是海绵城市规划中的关键技术之一,研究建立基于无人机影像聚类分析技术的模块化自动生成模型.首先,基于海绵城市无人机影像,搭建了改进的生长神经气层次(Growing Hierar-chical Neural Gas,GHNG)聚类模型,其中包括水平生长及垂直生长机制,实现对城市下垫面无人机影像进行模块化智能识别,并输出模块聚类结果;其次,结合福州鹤林片区海绵城市规划中测量数据,对该区域不同类型下垫面进行实例验证.实验结果表明:自适应GHNG模型和算法可以很好地对海绵城市规划过程中不同类型的下垫面进行智能识别,进一步验证了自适应GHNG模型在城市下垫面模块化自动生成中具有可靠性、准确性、鲁棒性.
Research on Modularization Method of Sponge City Underlying Surface Based on UAV Image Clustering Analysis
The modular generation method of underlying surface is one of the key technologies in sponge city plan-ning.This research establishes a modular automatic generation model based on unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)im-age clustering analysis technology.Firstly,based on the UAV image of sponge city,an improved growing hierarchi-cal neural gas(GHNG)clustering model is established,which includes the horizontal growth and vertical growth mechanism,to realize the modular intelligent recognition of the urban underlying surface UAV images,and output the modular clustering results,Then,based on the surveying data in the sponge city planning of Fuzhou Helin area,the different types of underlying surfaces in the area are verified by an example.The result shows that the adaptive GHNG model and algorithm can intelligently identify different types of underlying surfaces in the process of sponge city planning,and further verify the reliability,accuracy and robustness of the adaptive GHNG model in the modu-lar automatic generation of urban underlying surfaces.
