变频空调控制器参数损耗模型的最低损耗寻优算法分析

随着变频空调能效标准的提高,能效升级越来越被重视.变频控制器作为变频空调的重要组成部件,降低其损耗是提高空调能效的有效方法之一.为达到在不变更硬件的基础上降低变频控制器损耗的目的,理论分析了电子元器件和控制器参数的损耗模型,并通过模型分析,提出了梯度下降动态迭代寻优算法,得到最优效率控制器参数.最终通过实验验证:应用该算法后,控制器损耗降低了1.40%,空调全年能源消耗效率(Annual Performance Factor,APF)提升了0.02.
Analysis of Minimum Loss Optimization Algorithm of Parameter Loss Model of Inverter Air-Conditionr Controller
With the improvement of energy efficiency standard of inverter air-conditioners,energy efficiency up-grades are increasingly being valued.Inverter controller,as an important component of inverter air-conditioner,re-ducing its losses is one of the effective methods to improve the energy efficiency of air conditioner.On the basis of reducing the losses of inverter controller without changing the hardware,a theoretical analysis is conducted on the loss models of electronic components and controller parameters.Through model analysis,a gradient descent dy-namic iterative optimization algorithm is proposed to obtain the optimal efficiency controller parameters.Finally,the application of this algorithm is experimentally verified to reduce controller losses by 1.40%and improve Annual Performance Factor(APF)of inverter air-conditioners by 0.02.
