轨道车辆车钩多元载荷识别与测量方法探讨

重载货车运行速度和载重的提升对车钩性能的要求更高,需要获取车钩在纵向、横向、垂向的实际载荷谱.然而,传统监测技术无法满足需求,因此,提出一种多元载荷解耦的温度自补偿全桥测量技术,通过建立理论模型、布置应变阵列和组桥设计,实现各钩面应变的精确测量与零漂补偿,最后通过试验验证技术的有效性.此种测量技术为轨道车辆车钩载荷监测提供了科学手段.
Discussion on the Multiple Load Identification and Measurement Method of Rail Vehicle Coupler
With the increase of the speed and load of heavy duty truck,the performance of coupler is more de-manding,and and it is necessary to obtain the actual load spectrum of coupler in longitudinal,transverse and vertical directions.However,the traditional monitoring technology can not meet the requirements,so this paper proposes a multi-load decoupling temperature self-compensation full bridge measurement technology.Through establishing a theoretical model,arranging strain arrays and designing bridge groups,accurate measurement and zero drift compen-sation of strain on each hook surface are achieved,and finally the effectiveness of the technology is verified through experiments.This measurement technology provides a scientific means for monitoring the coupler load of rail ve-hicles.
