城市轨道车辆装配工序拧紧工具的开发研究

介绍了中低速磁悬浮车辆研制项目转向架装配过程中,由于迫导向装置与构架安装位置间隙过小,且待拧紧装置为多部件连接结构,导致通用工具无法完成紧固的问题.提出了一种适用于多部件连接结构的双向拧紧工具,解决了带有开槽螺母的多部件待拧紧结构在操作空间狭窄时的装配问题,同时可以降低拧紧过程中对定制工具的使用数量,降低操作人数,提高工作效率.
Research on Development of Tightening Tools for Assembly Process of Urban Railway Vehicles
This article introduced the problem of universal tools being unable to complete fastening is due to the small gap between the forced guide device and the frame installation position during the assembly process of the bo-gie in the development project of medium and low-speed maglev vehicles,and the multi-component connection structure of the device to be tightened.A bidirectional tightening tool for multi-part connected structures is pro-posed,which can solve the assembly problem of multi-component connection structures with slotted nuts in nar-row operating space,and can reduce the number of customized tools used in the tightening process,reduce the number of operators,and improve work efficiency at the same time.
