Research on Intelligent Fixed-Weight Control for Coupled Rolling of Steel Sections
The development trend of the steel industry is centered on intelligent manufacturing and based on the scientific and technological system.In the increasingly competitive steel industry,it is essential to reduce production costs through scientific and technological innovation.However,there are quite a few innovation projects led by sci-entific and technological innovation in steel rolling mills.Singly speaking of the route from steelmaking to section steel supply billet,Real time tracking of the actual weight of each steel billet produced is achieved through system transmission.By adding hidden roller weighing equipment to the intelligent fix-weight control of steel rolling cou-pling,the industry's inherent weighing method is broken,and online steel billet support weighing is achieved.Through the chain control of weighing data,high-precision infrared sizing equipment is used to achieve real-time adjustment of sizing.The data is transmitted to the steel system through the data network,thus completing the intel-ligent fix-weight of steel rolling coupling.The important economic indicators of steel billet yield,yield,and sizing rate in steelmaking and H-beams have been greatly improved,making significant contributions to cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the same industry.
