The basic construction and maintenance of agricultural land play a crucial role in promoting the output growth and economic vitality of rural areas.It effectively promotes the comprehensive improvement of crop pro-duction capacity and accumulates valuable practical knowledge.Based on actual engineering situation,this article first introduces the overview of the project and explores its design optimization methods.Based on its own charac-teristics and advantages,it adopts more direct,clear,and effective policy measures to ensure that the basic water con-servancy construction of farmland plays a greater role in the construction of socialist new rural areas,and enables farmers truly benefit from it.
