By studying the synergetic development strategy of pollution-free treatment and cyclic utilization of urban construction waste,this paper analyzes the current application status of Pollution-Free Treatment Technology,and probes into the ways and methods of cyclic utilization such as recycled aggregate and recycled concrete,on this basis,it emphasizes the necessity and feasibility of synergetic development,and puts forward strategies and models for synergetic development such as policy guidance,market mechanism,technological innovation and industrial integration.Through the concrete case and the experience analysis,the achievements of synergetic development were demonstrated.It is of great significance to promote the resource utilization and sustainable development of urban construction waste,and pro-vides theoretical support and reference for the formulation and practice of relevant policies.
