With the development of digital technology,online-offline blended teaching has changed traditional classroom teaching.After years of practice,the Outcome Based Education(OBE)concept has gradually imple-mented.Based on the characteristics of blended teaching under the OBE concept,this paper proposes the construc-tion principles of the blended teaching effectiveness evaluation index system,the evaluation index system of blended course teaching effectiveness under the OBE concept is constructed from the two aspects of indicators and weight determination,and strategies are proposed to improve the effectiveness of blended learning,in order to provide ref-erence for enhancing the effectiveness of blended learning under the OBE concept.
