摘要

基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制的多自由度智能移动机械手教学设备通过创新设计与实际制作,为教学应用提供了一种高效的实践工具.该教学设备在工业自动化教育中具有重要意义,不仅提升了学生的实践能力,也为智能制造技术的人才培养提供了有力支持.进一步优化和改进的方向包括提升机械手的精度和响应速度、增加更多的教学功能模块,以期在未来的教学实践中发挥更大作用.

Abstract

The multi-degree of freedom intelligent mobile manipulator teaching equipment based on Program-mable Logic Controller(PLC)control provides an efficient practical tool for teaching applications through innova-tive design and practical production.The teaching equipment is of great significance in the industrial automation education,which not only improves the practical ability of students,but also provides strong support for the talent training in intelligent manufacturing technology.The direction of further optimization and improvement includes improving the accuracy and response speed of the manipulator and adding more teaching function modules in order to play a greater role in the future teaching practice.
