Research on Innovative Service Strategies for Smart Libraries in Colleges and Universities
The rapid development of digital technology and the introduction of various technologies such as Cloud Computing,Big Data,and Artificial Intelligence,have laid the foundation for the development of smart libraries.At present,major universities are actively building smart libraries to make up for the shortcomings of traditional librar-ies and provide higher quality personalized services for students and teachers.However,there are still many issues that cannot be ignored in the construction of smart libraries in Chinese universities.Based on this,a detailed expla-nation of smart libraries is provided,and discussions are conducted on the current construction status,development trends,and existing problems of smart libraries in universities.The combination of Artificial Intelligence technology and the empowerment function of university smart libraries has innovated the services of university smart libraries in the new era,specifically from the aspects of consulting knowledge base construction,library alliance,library re-source integration and service project reshaping,as well as library talent team construction,hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
