A Study on the Influence of Civil Aircraft Seat Armrests on Passenger's Lumbar Load in Vertical Impact
In the airworthiness test of the seat,due to the size limitation of the seat width,the passenger's arm will inevitably come into contact with the seat armrest during the impact process,affecting the lumbar load of the test.In this paper,a study is conducted on the influence of civil aircraft seat armrests on passengers lumbar loads in the vertical 14G impact.It studies the changes in lumbar spine force of passengers through the comparative tests of seats with and without armrests in civil aircrafts.Based on the experimental status,a reliable simulation model is estab-lished.By changing the relative position between the passenger's arm and armrests,the influence of the arm posi-tion change on the passenger's lumbar loads is studied,and the influence law of the passenger's lumbar load is also given to provide data support for the lumbar protection of civil aircraft seat passengers.
