With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of social economy in China,the demand for electrical equipment and expansion of electricity power are also increasing.Power trans-former is the main transmission core of the power system,and as an important means of testing the insulation perfor-mance of the power transformer,high-voltage test technology runs through the multiple stages of the transformer such as manufacturing,installation and operation.After exploring the application of high-voltage test technology in power transformers and deeply analyzing the factors affecting high-voltage testing in power transformers,it puts for-ward effective opinions and suggestions on the corresponding technical measures and safety management.
