As an important node in the power system,substations determine the performance of transmission and distribution as well as the quality of power supply services.Against the backdrop of continuous social development,the demand for electricity resources in social production and people's lives is increasing.The construction scale of substations is gradually expanding,and the types of electrical equipment are constantly increasing,which also in-creases the technical difficulty of electrical installation in substations.Currently,there are problems in the electrical installation of a considerable number of newly-built substations,such as low quality,slow progress,frequent failures after being put into use,etc.,which will have a negative impact on the overall operational efficiency of substations.Based on this,this article focuses on exploring the key points and main construction techniques of substation electri-cal installation technology,including electrical equipment installation,busbar installation,cable laying,grounding sys-tem setting,and other aspects,aiming to ensure the smooth completion of substation electrical installation projects.
