在安全气囊罩盖标牌铆接工艺中,热风铆接是一种普遍应用的方式.标牌铆点的挤压成型采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)作为核心控制系统运行,伺服电机使用位置和扭矩限幅模式驱动冷压头下压并进行精确控制.在等时同步实时(Isochronous Real-Time,IRT)模式下实现电机扭矩的实时采集和分析处理,并提供了部分错误案例解决方法,达到了提高冷压机构基于状态的维护(Condition-Based Maintenance,CBM)水平的目的.实践证明,扭矩数据采集和应用非常有利于生产与设备保障,适合在很多类似场景中推广应用.
Real-Time Monitoring and Data Analysis of Motor Torque Based on Siemens PLC Servo System
In the airbag cover logo riveting process,Hot Air Riveting is a widely used method.The extrusion molding of the logo riveting point is performed using Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)as the core control sys-tem,and the servo motor which uses position and torque limit mode to drive the cold pressing head down and pre-cisely control.This paper realizes real-time acquisition and analysis of motor torque in the Ishochrone Real-Time(IRT)mode,and provides solutions to some error cases,so as to achieves the goal of improving the preventive maintenance level of cold press mechanism(CBM).Practice has proved that the collection and application of torque data are very beneficial to production and equipment maintenance and are suitable for promotion and application in many similar scenarios.
