110kV GIS盆式绝缘子局部放电检测技术研究

气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器因优势较多,如占地面积小、可靠程度高、安装便捷、操作简单等,在我国电力工程中得到广泛应用.但由于气体绝缘开关设备(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)结构紧凑、内部空间狭小且电场较为集中,所以,在安装过程中,因工艺问题可能会出现毛刺与金属颗粒,引发局部放电现象,造成设备安全事故.针对110 kV GIS盆式绝缘子局部放电情况,以某检测案例为基础,分析信号幅值对比、信号先后对比、时差计算的局部放电定位方式,并阐述标准雷电、振荡雷电冲击与光学检验的局部放电检测技术.
Research on Partial Discharge Detection Technology for 110 kV GIS Basin-Type Insulators
Gas insulated metal enclosed composite electrical appliances have been widely used in China's power en-gineering due to their advantages such as small footprint,high reliability,convenient installation,and simple opera-tion.However,due to the compact structure,narrow internal space,and concentrated electric field of Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS),process issues during installation may cause burrs and metal particles,leading to partial discharge and equipment safety accidents.Regarding the partial discharge situation of 110 kV GIS basin-type insulators,based on a certain detection case,this paper analyzes the partial discharge positioning method for 110 kV GIS basin-type insulators,including signal amplitude comparison,signal sequence comparison,and time difference calculation.It also elaborates on partial discharge detection techniques of standard lightning,oscillating lightning impulse,and opti-cal inspection technology.
