The distribution network lines below 10 kV mainly serve user terminals and sub terminals,with the goal of improving their work capabilities.It is necessary to strengthen planning and operation maintenance work.Taking the planning and operation maintenance requirements of distribution network lines below 10 kV as the starting point,and on this basis,this paper analyzes the planning and operation maintenance technologies of distribution net-work lines below 10 kV,and discusses the spatial planning technology,load planning technology,information work system construction,grid maintenance mode,etc.,providing reference for subsequent work on distribution network lines below 10 kV.
