变频恒压供水系统可以有效解决电力、水资源的浪费的问题,可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术的应用可以协同变频器控制电压,主要是通过控制水泵电机转速的方式将压力控制在供水系统的需要值上,以此来实现节电的目标.基于此,对PLC技术在变频恒压供水系统中的应用进行研究,通过分析某变频器恒压供水系统来探讨其如何应用PLC技术降低能耗,以期为相关部门提供参考.
Research on the Application of PLC Technology in Variable-Frequency Constant-Pressure Water Supply System
Frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system can effectively solve the problem of waste of electricity and water resources.The application of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology can cooperate with frequency converter to control voltage,mainly by controlling the speed of the water pump motor to control the pressure at the required value of the water supply system,in order to achieve the goal of power conservation.Based on this,this article studies the application of PLC technology in frequency conversion constant pressure water supply systems.By analyzing a certain frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system,it explores how PLC technology is applied to reduce energy consumption,in order to provide reference for relevant departments.
