Failure Research on the Wing Anti-Icing System of A320 Aircraft
This paper analyzes the working principle of the wing anti-icing system of the A320 aircraft,summarizes the typical failure mode in the maintenance manual,deeply studies the failure mechanism of the wing anti-icing valve by combining with the practical experience in the frontline engineering,and formulates the corresponding ar-rangement strategy according to the different operation conditions.On the basis of using"Dichotomy",combined with the maintenance record and engineering practice,the failures of the large wing leakage detection loop are handled,and the key modules are investigated,which saves the time and manpower of troubleshooting,and plays a positive role in improving the efficiency of troubleshooting and shortening the time of the aircraft on ground.
