摘要

在工业生产中,工艺流程紧密相连且技术要求高,细微变化易引发产品缺陷,降低良品率.团队研发的智能光源控制质检装置,利用级联神经网络和优化的YOLOv8模型,加速并精确检测表面缺陷.同时,结合智能光源调控技术,装置能发射多种波长光线,适应不同工业品的检测需求,从而确保高效、精确、快速的缺陷识别和分类,提升生产效率与产品质量.

Abstract

In industrial production,the process flow is closely connected and has high technical requirements.Mi-nor changes can easily cause product defects and reduce the yield rate.The intelligent illuminant control quality in-spection device developed by the team utilizes a cascaded neural network and an optimized YOLOv8 model to ac-celerate and accurately detect surface defects.Meanwhile,combined with intelligent illuminant control technology,the device can emit multiple wavelengths of light,adapt to the detection needs of different industrial products,thereby ensuring efficient,accurate,and fast defect identification and classification,improving production efficiency and product quality.
