Analysis of Application Techniques of Wavelength Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer in Geological Experiment Testing
With the development of science and technology,the application of large-scale instrument and equip-ment in experiment testing is more and more extensive.In geological experiments,the wide application of wave-length dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and mass spectrometer has also greatly saved the economic cost,reduced labor,and improved detection efficiency.Among them,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer in geological experiment testing are particularly prominent for semi-quantitative detection,silicate analysis,carbonate analysis,and regional geochemical sample detection and analysis.This paper mainly discusses the application skills,daily maintenance and common fault analysis of X-ray fluores-cence spectrometer in geological experiment testing,hoping to provide reference for colleagues in geology and ex-perimental testing,and promote the common development of industries.
