摘要

对高速铁路隧道机械化施工技术进行全面分析.通过先进的机械设备和技术,如全电脑三臂凿岩台车、大跨度伸缩式移动栈桥等的引入,实现了隧道开挖支护、仰拱三区同步作业、防水自动作业以及二次衬砌智能作业等多个方面的提升.这些技术的应用显著提高了施工效率和质量,同时降低了劳动强度和安全风险,为高速铁路隧道建设带来了重要的推动力.

Abstract

In this paper,the mechanized construction technology for high-speed railway tunnel is comprehensively analyzed.Through the introduction of advanced mechanical equipment and technology,such as full computer three-arm drilling rig,long-span telescopic mobile treble,etc.,multiple improvements have been achieved in tun-nel excavation support,invert three zone synchronous operation,waterproof automatic operation,and secondary lining intelligent operation.The application of these technologies has significantly improved the construction effi-ciency and quality,while reducing labor intensity and safety risks,bringing an important impetus to the construction of high-speed railway tunnels.
