The main construction content of the reinforcement project for the Baipenzhu Reservoir dam includes the reinforcement of hydraulic structures such as the main dam,the auxiliary dam,the flood control road and the re-placement of metal structures.In order to ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,the stability of the main dam is analyzed and discussed in combination with the Baipenzhu reservoir reinforcement project.The main dam of Baipenzhu Reservoir is a concrete hollow buttressed gravity dam.Section 4#and section 8#are selected as typical sections to calculate the stability of the dam body and the stress of the dam foundation.After research and analysis,the anti-sliding stability of the main dam of Baipenzhu Reservoir along the dam foundation can meet the require-ments of relevant specifications.
