Research on the Lightweighting of the Shield Body of Earth Pressure Balance Shield Machine
This paper simulates and studies the shield body of the earth pressure balance shield machine based on the discrete element method and statics,and combined with on-site hydrogeological parameters,compares and cal-culates the statics simulation results of each part of the shield body under standard load,so as to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.On this basis,weight reduction design is carried out for the non-primary load-bearing parts of the shield.Through the simulation model calculation,the strength and hardness of the shield under the opti-mized standard load are compared and analyzed,the optimal lightweighting design scheme is determined,the light-weighting research is completed,and the level of equipment design and development is improved.
