Abstract
With the increasing awareness of social environmental protection,the application of green building mate-rials in the construction technology of building engineering is becoming more and more extensive.This paper delves into the three major characteristics of green building materials:environmental friendliness,energy efficiency,and renewability,elaborates on the specific application of these materials in wall,waterproof,heat preservation and decoration,and analyzes their advantages in the construction technology of construction engineering,such as im-proving project quality,reducing energy consumption and promoting environmental protection and sustainability,so as to reveal their importance to the future development of the construction industry.
