Research on Durability Design of Highway Bridges Based on Fatigue Damage
Fatigue damage of highway bridges is the result of material performance degradation under long-term re-peated loading, which is influenced by various factors. The vehicle loads borne by bridges are the main external in-fluencing factors, and the performance degradation of materials as well as environmental conditions such as tempera-ture,humidity,and corrosive environments also have a significant impact on fatigue damage. The existing durability design methods have certain defects. In order to improve the durability of bridges, control measures need to be taken from aspects such as optimizing structural design, selecting high-performance materials, and strengthening construction quality. The article also introduces health monitoring and evaluation technologies, which monitor and evaluate the health status of bridges in real time through advanced sensors and big data analysis, ensuring the long-term safe operation of bridges.
