Application and Research of Filling and Rolling of 32T Road Roller
Taking YL-YZ1 subgrade filling construction of Yilu Highway as an example,this paper analyzes the parameters such as loose paving thickness,driving speed,rolling passes and construction periodit,and finds that the application of 32T road roller is more advantageous in construction.Therefore,32T road roller is introduced into this project.Through the construction of the experimental section,the construction parameters that meet the design and filling standards of the subgrade are determined.Combined with the actual situation on site and the construc-tion parameters of the experimental section,the construction technology of 32T road roller is studied from the con-struction points of lofting measurement,layered filling,rolling,compaction degree detection,etc.The practice shows that when the thickness of the loose paving is 40cm,the speed of the roller is 3 km/h,the rolling is 6 times,and the water content is controlled by 13.8%,the filling and rolling construction of 32T road roller can achieve good economic and social benefits.
