摘要

可再生能源已成为全球能源转型的重要推动力,可再生能源的大规模接入给智慧能源系统的优化调度带来了挑战.针对可再生能源出力的不确定性和波动性,提出一种基于机器学习的多时间尺度预测方法和考虑预测误差的鲁棒优化调度模型,有效地提高了系统对可再生能源的消纳能力和运行经济性.仿真分析验证了所提方法的可行性和优越性.

Abstract

Renewable energy has become an important driving force for global energy transformation.The large-scale integration of renewable energy poses challenges to the optimization and scheduling of smart energy systems.This article proposed a machine learning based multi time scale prediction method and a robust optimization sched-uling model considering prediction errors to address the uncertainty and volatility of renewable energy output,effec-tively improving the system's ability to absorb renewable energy and operational economy.The simulation analysis verified the feasibility and superiority of the proposed method.
