In the process of the development of the times,information technology has been more and more widely used in various fields of people's life.In this process,people's demand for digital reading is also gradually increasing,which provides new ideas for the development of library.In recent years,the relevant personnel gradually began to pay attention to mining the problem in the application of the regional characteristic literature resources in libraries,and many libraries began to try the digital construction work.For the purpose of promoting the construction of the library regional characteristic literature digital,on the basis of briefly explaining the regional characteristic literature resources,the paper conducted in-depth research on the methods of building a library regional characteristic litera-ture resources platform.The final result proves that the regional characteristic literature resources platform can run well and can meet people's requirements for searching and utilizing regional characteristic literature resources.
