Against the backdrop of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on"accelerating the construc-tion of a technological power,achieving high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement",guided by the new era requirements of the 20th CPC National Congress on technological innovation and talent cultivation,we will promote the transformation of the residential education model from the traditional focus on clinical skills to a teaching model that integrates ideological and political education concepts.By analyzing the current implementation status of curriculum ideological and political education in residential training system we will innovate teaching mod-els,strengthen the medical ethics,style,and technological innovation awareness of resident doctors,create an efficient team for ideological and political education in courses,internalize the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress in our hearts and externalize it in our actions,ensure the effective implementation of the fundamental task of Lide Shuren,and cultivate new era medical talents with both virtue and ability.
