At present,developing new quality productivity is an important strategic choice to promote sustained and healthy economic and social development.Smart city construction is an important application field of new qual-ity productivity.In the smart city construction system,intelligent connected vehicles,as an important part of the in-telligent transportation system,are playing an increasingly important role.Through in-depth analysis of the develop-ment status of smart city and smart connected vehicle industry,as well as the challenges faced by smart connected vehicle industry such as technology upgrading,lack of regulations and standards,security risks and trust issues,the corresponding solutions are put forward.At the same time,in view of how to promote the integrated development of smart city and intelligent connected vehicle industry,a series of strategic suggestions and measures have been put forward,including strengthening technology research and development and innovation,improving regulations and policy system,and strengthening infrastructure construction.
