目的 构建科技查新云服务管理数据库,实现数字化服务.方法 研究电子数据捕获(Research Electronic Data Capture,REDCap)在阿里云ECS服务器中的安装搭建.利用REDCap内置的数据字典和在线设计器,设计科技查新委托单、查新缴费通知表单、查新审核员审核表单、查新报告表单、材料归档表单.结果 科技查新云服务管理数据库具有免费、网络化、安全稳定等特点,自启动以来,记录了科技查新委托项目数达3 200项,实现了科技查新在线委托、查新报告推送、材料归档线上全流程服务管理,同时实现了用户权限分配、数据质控、数据导出、统计等功能.结论 REDCap成功应用于科技查新云服务管理数据库开发的实践探索,体现了其在图书情报领域应用的潜在优势,值得推广.
Research on the Establishment and Application of a Sci-Tech Novelty-Searching Cloud Service Management Database Based on REDCap
Objective To construct a Sci-Tech novelty-searching cloud service management database and realize digital service.Methods:Install and set up Research Electronic Data Capture(REDCap)in ECS Ali cloud server.Use REDCap built-in data dictionary and online designer to design Sci-Tech novelty-searching order,novelty-searching payment notification form,novelty-searching auditor audit form,novelty-searching report form,material archiving form.Results Sci-Tech novelty-searching cloud service management database has the characteristics of free,networking,secure and stable.Since its launch,a total of 3 200 Sci-Tech novelty-searching entrusted projects have been recorded,and the whole process service management of Sci-Tech novelty-searching online entrust-ment,novelty-searching report push,and material archiving has been realized.At the same time,it realizes the functions of user rights allocation,data quality control,data export and statistics.Conclusion The successful appli-cation of REDCap in the development of Sci-Tech novelty-searching cloud service management database demon-strates its potential advantages in library and information field and is worth popularizing.
