摘要

一体化吊装是指在正常吊装工作不受影响的前提下,在预总装施工场所或专业车间内对专业附件进行预安装,通过将附件与结构片相连接的方式,减少高空施工量、压缩工期并降低成本的吊装方式.以一体化吊装为落脚点,在介绍电缆护管、导管架常规施工方法的前提下,结合实际项目,围绕吊装方案展开了讨论;通过计算应力最大值、竖向变形程度,证实了吊装方案的有效性,同时总结了项目施工的注意事项,以供参考.

Abstract

Integrated hoisting refers to the hoisting method in which the professional accessories are pre-installed in the pre-assembly construction site or in the professional workshop under the premise that the normal hoisting work is not affected,and the accessories and structural pieces are connected to reduce the high-altitude construction amount,compress the construction period and reduce the cost.Taking integrated hoisting as the starting point,based on the introduction of cable pipe,jacket under the premise of conventional construction method,combined with the actual projects,a discussion is carried out around the hoisting scheme.By calculating the maximum stress,vertical deformation degree,the effectiveness of the hoisting scheme is confirmed,and the precautions for project construction are summarized for reference.
