变电站主建筑物装配式系统研究

变电站中传统钢混结构建筑物安装时,容易产生质量通病,并且施工周期长、环境污染大,不符合新型变电站的建设理念.研制了一种变电站主建筑物装配式建筑系统:采用混凝土保温装饰一体板作为建筑物墙体,直接安装于主体结构,拼装工程量减少;楼盖体系采用钢筋桁架楼承板,使模板工程减少;采用预制混凝土轻质隔墙板作为内墙隔板,具有质量可靠、防水好等优点,便于整体化安装.研究结果表明,装配式建筑可以实现工厂化规模生产、集成调试,缩短了施工周期,具有较高的实际应用价值.
Research on Prefabricated System of Main Building in Transformer Substation
Traditional steel-concrete structure buildings in transformer substations are prone to common quality problems during installation,with long construction periods and high environmental pollution,which does not con-form to the construction concept of new transformer substations.A prefabricated building system for the main build-ing of a transformer substation is developed.The concrete insulation decorative integrated panel is used as the build-ing wall,directly installed on the main structure,reducing the amount of assembly work;The floor system adopts steel truss floor support plates,which reduces the need for formwork engineering;The prefabricated lightweight con-crete partition panel is used as interior wall partition,which has the advantages of reliable quality,good waterproof-ing,and is easy to install as a whole.The research results indicate that prefabricated buildings can achieve factory scale production,integrated debugging,shorten the construction period,and have high practical application value.
