故障诊断技术在电梯检验中的运用分析

故障识别与诊断是电梯等特种设备管理工作的基本内容.首先,从数据获取、特征提取与数据融合等方面,介绍了基于数据融合的电梯故障诊断方法.其次,以某高层建筑中电梯为例,运用故障诊断技术判断产生杂声与抖动的原因.诊断结果表明:润滑不良是产生杂声的主要原因,互感器故障造成了电梯轿厢抖动.采取相应的维修措施后,故障现象消失,电梯恢复正常运行.
Analysis of the Application of Fault Diagnosis Technology in Elevator Inspection
Fault identification and diagnosis are the basic contents of the management of special equipment such as elevators.This article first introduces elevator fault diagnosis methods based on data fusion from the aspects of data acquisition,feature extraction and data fusion.Secondly,taking the elevator in a high-rise building as an example,fault diagnosis techniques are used to determine the cause of noise and shaking.The diagnosis results indicate that poor lubrication is the main cause of noise,and the fault of the transformer caused the elevator car to shake.After taking corresponding maintenance measures,the fault disappeared and the elevator resumed normal operation.
