Analysis of Comparative Experiment on Concrete Curing Process of TBM Precast Segments
This paper takes the diversion tunnel project of Kaliwa Dam project in Philippines as the background.Advanced double-shield Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)tunneling technology is adopted in the diversion tunnel construction,among which the production of precast concrete pipe segment is one of the decisive factors to ensure the smooth progress of the overall tunnel construction.Through the preliminary optimization of mix ratio design and a series of experiments,combined with the local climate conditions,the TBM precast pipe segment adopts the steam free curing process,and the strength,durability and other properties of concrete under the steam free curing process condition are analyzed statistically.The advantages and disadvantages of steam curing process and steam free curing process were compared from the aspects of economy,strength and durability.
