摘要

海上风电作为新能源产业,是实现电力能源结构优化的必由之路,有利于实现社会经济的可持续性发展.陆上集控中心作为海上风电场的配套设施,是海上风电组成不可或缺的部分.然而,目前对海上风电场陆上集控中心用地指标无明确规定.故以广东省内近海各风电场为例,对目前的参考用地指标进行验证与优化补充,这可作为其他海上风电项目设计依据.

Abstract

As a new energy industry,offshore wind power is an necessary path to optimize the power energy struc-ture,which is conducive to the sustainable development of social economy.As the supporting facilities of offshore wind farms,the onshore centralized control center is an indispensable part of offshore wind power.However,there are no clear regulations on land use indicators for onshore centralized control centers of offshore wind farms at pres-ent.Therefore,taking offshore wind farms in Guangdong Province as an example,the current reference land use in-dicators are verified,optimized,and supplemented,which can be used as a basis for the design of other offshore wind power projects.
