发电厂大型汽轮机汽阀检修关键技术分析

以某发电厂大型汽轮机汽阀检修工程为例,由于进行油管改造,因此需要缩短汽阀检修时间.汽轮机汽阀研磨时间是可以压缩的唯一工序,通过借鉴其他阀门研磨机、研磨杆、定位盖的应用原理,提出了利用汽阀研磨装置替代阀芯进行研磨的新装置.将此装置应用到大型汽轮机汽阀检修中,可以及时发现密封面局部接触不良、密封面损伤问题,并有针对性地进行研磨处理,可以获得良好的研磨效果,保证汽轮机汽阀严密性.
Analysis of Key Technologies for Maintenance of Large Steam Turbine Valves in Power Plants
This paper takes the maintenance project of a large steam turbine valve in a power plant as an example.Due to the modification of oil pipes,the maintenance time of the steam turbine valve needs to be shortened,and the grinding time of the steam turbine valve is the only compressible process.By drawing on the application prin-ciples of other valve grinders,grinding rods,and positioning covers,a new device using a steam valve grinding de-vice instead of the valve core for grinding is proposed.Applying this device to the maintenance of large steam tur-bine valves can timely detect local poor contact and damage problems of the sealing surface,and carry out targeted grinding treatment,achieving good grinding effect and ensuring the tightness of the steam turbine valves.
