Research on Fast Frequency Response of Wind Turbines After DC Blocking in the Near Area of Power Grid with a High Proportion of New Energy
In recent years, with the rapid growth of domestic new energy, the proportion of rotational of inertia of conventional hydrothermal power units has decreased, and in addition to the increasingly prominent consumption problem, the frequency modulation pressure faced by the power grid has doubled.Improving the fast-frequency re-sponse ability of new energy units is crucial for solving the problem of frequency regulation of power grids with a high proportion of new energy.Combined with the actual situation of power grid production and operation, this paper studies the fast-frequency response of wind turbines in the grid with a high proportion of new energy.First of all,the development situation of new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power was studied.Secondly, the fast-frequency response test of wind turbines was analyzed. Finally, the data of the frequency change of wind turbines after DC locking in the northwest region are used to illustrate the fast-frequency response of wind turbines.
