碳纤维增强复合材料在先进航空发动机中的应用日趋广泛,其应用比例持续上升且种类愈发多样.但是,由于发动机复杂的工作环境及复材的特定应用部位,因此使其常面临外物冲击,导致结构受损,承载能力下降.梳理了碳纤维复材在航空发动机上的应用现状,分析了可能遭受的冲击问题类型,开展了典型碳纤维层板冲击试验,揭示了不同冲击能量下的损伤模式与演化规律,为其在航空发动机领域的应用研究提供了参考.
Analysis of the Application and Impact Damage Problems of Carbon Fiber Composites in Aircraft Engines
The application of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials in advanced aircraft engines is becoming increasingly widespread.The application proportion continues to rise and the types are becoming more diverse.However,due to the complex working environment of the engine and the specific application parts of the compos-ite material,it often faces external object impacts,resulting in structural damage and a decrease in bearing capacity.This paper sorts out the application status of carbon fiber composites in aircraft engines,analyzes the types of pos-sible impact problems,conducts impact tests on typical carbon fiber laminates,and reveals the damage modes and evolution laws under different impact energies,providing a reference for its application research in the field of air-craft engines.
