研究了次氯酸钠在生产和使用过程中对混凝土地面、墙面、设备的腐蚀问题,特别针对西洲水厂的实际情况对次氯酸钠储液罐及生产场所的防腐材料进行了系统研究.通过对比分析不同材质储液罐的腐蚀情况与不同防腐材料的性能,开发出一种新型的防水、耐腐蚀纳米涂层结构.该涂层结构不仅提高了涂层的硬度和耐磨性,还显著增强了防水、耐腐蚀、耐高温、防污等性能,为解决次氯酸钠使用场所的防腐问题提供了新的方案.
This paper investigates the corrosion problems caused by sodium hypochlorite on concrete floors,walls,and equipment during production and usage.Specifically,it focuses on the actual conditions at Xizhou Water Plant,conducting a systematic research on the anti-corrosion materials for sodium hypochlorite storage tanks and the pro-duction site.By comparing and analyzing the corrosion situation of storage tanks made of different materials and the performance of various anti-corrosion materials,a new waterproof,corrosion-resistant nano coating structure is de-veloped.This coating not only improves hardness and wear resistance but also significantly enhances water resis-tance,corrosion resistance,heat resistance,and anti-fouling properties,providing a novel solution to corrosion is-sues in sodium hypochlorite application environments.
