施工升降机是现代建筑施工中被广泛应用的垂直运输工具,两传动齿轮齿条式施工升降机的优势更为突出,但是,其制动性能要求更高.从施工升降机制动性能出发进行分析研究,通过驱动装置模型分析、数值计算,得出单个制动部件的最小制动力矩,进而通过计算制动力矩,设计了样机,并选取合适的闸皮进行样机试验验证.经过论证,所选闸皮满足制动性能要求,能够实现施工升降机的可靠、稳定制动.
Analysis and Research on the Braking Performance of Construction Hoist
Construction hoists are widely used in modern construction as vertical transportation tools,the advan-tages of the two transmission gear tooth strip construction hoists are more prominent,but its braking performance requirements are higher.It analyzes and conducts research starting from the braking performance of construction hoists.By analyzing the driving device model and numerical calculation,the minimum braking torque of a single braking component is obtained.Then,by calculating the braking torque,a prototype is designed and suitable brake pads are selected for prototype testing and verification.It is demonstrated that the selected brake pads meet the brak-ing performance requirements and can achieve reliable and stable braking of the construction hoists.
