Research on the Arsenic Removal Performance of Hydrated-Acidic Deep-Eutectic Solvent for SCR Waste Catalyst
The article investigates the arsenic removal performance by using hydrated-acidic deep-eutectic solvents(HDES)for Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR)waste catalysts, exploring the effects of factors such as hydrogen bond donor types, different molar ratios, water content, reaction temperature, and reaction time on arsenic removal efficiency of HDES.The research found that HDES with 90%moisture content of choline chloride phosphate(mo-lar ratio 1∶3)can achieve a arsenic removal efficiency of 99.75%after 50 minutes of hydrothermal reaction at 90℃,demonstrating good cycling stability. The results indicate that HDES can efficiently remove arsenic from SCR waste catalysts while maintaining the stability of the TiO2 support structure. This research plays a crucial role in en-hancing China's SCR catalyst treatment technology, improving environmental protection levels, and promoting re-source recycling.
