万家寨引黄南干线滹沱河连通工程3段隧洞总长8.27 km,各施工点距离居民区均在200 m范围内、岩层倾向与隧洞轴向小角度相交,洞顶围岩多呈水平薄层状分布.为避免施工干扰,减少塌方、突泥、突水等不良地质灾害的发生,所以变更隧洞开挖方案.主要阐述了悬臂掘进机开挖施工工艺与控制措施,采取悬臂掘进机代替传统钻爆法施工,保障了施工安全,加快了施工进度,降低了工程成本.
Research on Excavation Construction Technology of Cantilever Roadheader in Hydraulic Tunnel
The total length of the three sections of the Hutuo River Connection Project on the Wanjiazhai Yellow River South Main Line is 8.27 km.Each construction site is located within a 200-meter radius of residential areas,the rock layers intersect the tunnel axis at a small angle,predominantly displaying a horizontal thin-layer structure.To avoid construction interference and reduce the occurrence of adverse geological disasters such as collapses mud gushing and water gushing,the tunnel excavation strategy has been revised.This article mainly elaborates on the ex-cavation construction technologies and control measures of cantilever roadheaders.The use of cantilever roadheader instead of traditional drilling and blasting methods ensures construction safety,accelerates construction progress,and reduces project costs.The use of cantilever tunneling machines instead of traditional drilling and blasting methods ensures construction safety,accelerates construction progress,and reduces project costs.
