以深圳某建筑作为案例,对建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术在绿色建筑评估与优化中的具体应用进行了研究.介绍了BIM技术在绿色建筑评估与优化中的应用现状,并进行结构方面的优化设计和系统评估方面的升级.在建筑设计之初,使用Ecotect Analysis软件对不同方案进行比对,分析影响建筑能耗的具体因素,并优化建筑设计,搭建运维管理框架,对建筑的绿色水平进行评估,并提出优化方案.
Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Evaluation and Optimization of Green Building
Taking a building in Jiangsu Province as an example,the specific application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in green building evaluation and optimization is studied.This paper introduces the ap-plication status of BIM technology in green building evaluation and optimization,and carries out structural optimi-zation design and system evaluation upgrade.At the beginning of architectural design,Ecotect Analysis software is used to compare different schemes,analyze specific factors affecting building energy consumption,optimize building design,set up operation and maintenance management framework,evaluate the green level of buildings and put for-ward optimization schemes.
