Application Research on Modular Building Design Under Low-Carbon Background
With the increasingly serious problem of global climate change,low-carbon development has become a common goal pursued by the international community.As one of the major areas of energy consumption and car-bon emissions,the low-carbon transformation of the construction industry is also urgent.Among them,modular building design is an innovative construction method that has become an effective way to achieve low-carbon de-velopment goals in the field of architecture,with its advantages in resource conservation,environmental pollution re-duction and flexibility throughout the building lifecycle,and has become an effective way to achieve low-carbon development goals in the construction sector.This paper starts from the low-carbon value of modular building de-sign and its development status,analyzes the principles of modular building design,and then discusses the applica-tion of modular building design under the background of low carbon combined with specific cases.
