摘要
针对城乡土地权属登记工作的基本需求,重点研究土地资源利用变更调查中3S技术的应用,结合某土地资源调查项目案例,从基于遥感(Remote Sensing,RS)技术获取变更图像、基于全球定系统(Global Posi-tioning System,GPS)进行空间定位、基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)实现建库管理3个方面对3S技术展开分析,并总结了项目土地资源利用的变更幅度、速度.研究表明:合理应用3S技术,能够客观掌握土地利用动态变化情况,为土地管理和土地规划提供可靠依据.
Abstract
In response to the basic needs of urban and rural land ownership registration work,this paper focuses on the application of 3S technology in land resource utilization change investigation.Combining with a case study of a land resource investigation project,this paper analyzes the changes in land resource utilization from three aspects:obtaining change images based on Remote Sensing(RS)technology,spatial positioning based on Global Position-ing System(GPS)technology,and database management based on Geographic Information System(GIS)technol-ogy.and summarizes the magnitude and speed of land resource utilization changes in the project.The research re-sults indicate that the rational application of 3S technology can objectively grasp the dynamic changes in land use and provide reliable basis for land management and planning.
